That really isn't a VCE question but the answer is obvious if you observe the big backwards L shape starting at the top-right corner and working inwards. You have
ABC_EFGHIJKL
666_666...
ABC_?__
So the answer would be E (so you would circle in D).

The answer to 17NUM is 60. For every change of one in the right hand number there is a six change in the left hand number. To go from 8 to 4, drop 4 so drop 40 from 120 to 80.
