Hey guys,

Just stuck on one of the study design dot points, what are the characteristics of operations management within a range of organisations?

Not entirely certain, but it most likely refers to:

Facilities design and layout e.g. process layouts

Materials management e.g. Just In Time (JIT)

Quality e.g. TQM

New technology e.g. CAD, robots, CAM
