Just wanted to know if it's possible to do well in chem if your doing further.

yeah - assuming the question is whether you can handle the maths in chem
the hardest part of maths in chem would probably be logs which shouldn't be too difficult to understand (if you don't know about them already). If you were to try to have an intuitive approach to the course you may need to know a little about quadratics but you will never need to apply it in the exam.

Of course it is! I don't see any reason why you'd be inclined to think otherwise; they are very different subjects and don't really cover similar content. Most of the math in Chemistry is really accessible, it helps to do higher levels of math but it definitely isn't necessary.
My top tip for Chemistry would be to push yourself. Don't go over and over questions you find easy; find challenging questions that can help you get a better grasp of some areas you find most difficult. If this means extending yourself slightly beyond the course content, it's still worthwhile. Anything that can help you improve your problem solving skills are important, as many questions in Chemistry exams are about applying familiar concepts to unfamiliar situations. Hopefully this helps :)
