Hi...
Study breaks differ from person to person, as by nature, we are all unique in the way we relax and recuperate. What is most important is to try and limit yourself from thinking about your studies during your breaks...There's nothing worse than feeling guilty about not studying when you are supposed to be relaxing!

For some of us, resting our brain by watching TV or reading can be enough to recharge the batteries. But if you are more of the 'active relaxation' type person, taking time for hobbies, such as playing an instrument, cooking, playing video games, etc, can be just as helpful. I would definitely recommend adding some exercise into your weekly routines, if you haven't already, as it is great for keeping the mind & body healthy, and can help to increase focus and concentration whilst studying!

Personally, my study breaks differ from day to day, and this can be good to keep things fun. Sometimes I just enjoy hanging with my family, or going for walks, or playing the piano, or trying out a new recipe.  A few weeks ago I ended up playing scrabble with my Mum at a remote lookout overlooking a valley. ;D Whatever it is that works for you, try and have a mindset that believes that your study breaks aren't just 'passing time' away from studying, but rather, that studying is just one aspect of your life right now. This is super beneficial in keeping 'the big picture' beyond the HSC, and avoiding it becoming all-consuming.  :)
