Title: Assessment report is out

Is it just me, or does the chief examiner seem very keen to defend the Chem paper. :P

For example:
"Questions were consistent with the requirements of the new study design." - READ: It was relevant, stop bitching about the question (esp the last one about the supposed back gravimetric analysis)

"and some students achieved full marks" - READ: Told 'ya so (see above)

"This was a very thorough examination which probed real understanding." - READ: Not our problem if you found the questions challenging, afterall they are allegedly in the study design...

"many students found time to be a limiting factor." - READ: OK, maybe the paper was a bit of a long bitch...
