best crime question we could possibly get. the whole exam was easy in my opinion, we got blessed with an amazing paper!

Agreed! But, some multies were so strange and vague...... overall, decent paper!

Agreed, the paper was good. Almost too easy that I'm scared band 6 is gonna be far more difficult to get into. Do you think if I spoke about Mandatory Sentencing as inhibiting discretion I would be okay though? Also - I focused almost entirely on judicial discretion in sentencing and punishment... so hopefully they don't care seeing as they didn't specify?

I spoke about mandatory sentencing too!
DW as long as you linked to achieving justice and the CJS you will be sweet!
Could've spoken about any type of discretion within the CJS.

Don't stress LEGAL IS DONE :)
