Title: VCAA Further Maths, 2015, Exam 2. Module 5, question 3E
Post by: Pingu23 on October 27, 2018, 02:27:09 pm
Hey guys so I just straight up have no idea how to do this question, I've tried for ages adding random paths and etc. No result. I'm not too sure whether you have to add a dummy activity or make new paths to get that 7 minute increase in critical path or 33 minutes total completion time.
Help would be great!
Thanks in advance.

Can you please include a screenshot of the question or the question itself?

You are asking for people to assist you (voluntarily, might I add), so the least you can do is include it in your thread for a speedy response and perhaps your current understanding so that your misconception can be addressed.

Thanks heaps :)

So it refers to the question 3E where 'Donna' is sick and cannot complete her activity (D) so Cassie must complete activity (D) instead, but she can only complete activity (D) after she completes her own activity (C).

Not sure where you're getting 'but she can only complete activity (D) after she completes her own activity (C)' because if she completes D then C, you should be able to see the 7 minute increase
