Hey Guys,
How do I address the following dot point, is there any sample answers anywhere?
• Assess the effectiveness of the criminal trial process as a means of achieving justice

Hi, welcome to the forums!
I like to think of this dot point as a sample essay question :-) You don’t really need to write down anything for it in your notes. For sample answers, try looking through our notes section.
There are a ton of different ways to assess the criminal trial process. You can:
1. Split up your paragraphs into effective/non-effective so you group certain parts of the process together
2. Write about each part of the process and make a judgement throughout
3. Use case studies to shape your response
4. 100 other ways I can’t think of at the moment
When answering a question like this, make sure to have a strong argument (is the criminal trial process effective or not?) and provide lots of examples both ways.
I hope this helps!
