Title: Bound Reference help/tips

hey guys,

Can someone give me the most efficient method for writing down your bound reference. Currently I have a spiral notebook (is the spiral also allowed?) and i'm handwriting it. Would typing be more efficient? What type of bound reference would be more useful? What is the system or type of bound reference do you guys have?

Have a go at searching the forum for 'bound reference' and you will find quite a few threads with detailed information.
