Title: How do you use point of view in text responses??
Post by: alanihale on March 02, 2019, 01:49:51 pm
Does anybody know or have a good example as to how to use point of view (first person, third person etc.) to help deepen their analysis in a text response?? Thanks!

Could you elaborate a bit on what you're trying to do? I think the answer to your question would be fairly text dependent. It wouldn't necessarily make sense to analyse pov in every text.

Yes, a bit of clarification or some examples might help.  Perhaps you are looking for perspectives on a text (?) e.g. what might the author's views be?  How might the audience or reader react? What role might the social context of the text have? What are the responses of the characters in the text?  Not sure if this helps (?)
