Post by: Sherlock.Holmes on March 21, 2019, 08:59:07 pm
hey y'all,
I've for my first further SAC in a couple of days on data analysis 1-6. I've got no idea on how to study for this, i did all the questions in the textbook but im worried about the open ended questions and how to study for it.
Anyone could some tips and tricks? :)

Past exam questions are good for understanding these types of open-ended questions you are talking about.

Might be worth doing a few and then checking the assessor reports/solutions.

Being able to explain/conclude/justify (so, writing stuff in response to the numbers you've identified) is a key pillar of data analysis. It will most certainly feature somewhere.

Try more application-based questions and justifications or explanations (what does the values you have found mean in the context of the data). Make sure you address it in terms of your data and what it means to the specific data as a lot of people lose marks over this.
