NOTE: I'm not looking at this from a technical/numbers perspective. I'm not really too concerned about raw scores. This is more about my confidence with particular subjects (or lack thereof). Having said that...
How do you cope with the workload of subjects that you aren't so confident with? The natural human reaction is to just avoid it at all costs, but I obviously can't do that. I am just simply overwhelmed by the amount of work and revision I have to do.

Yeah, one of my biggest problems during VCE was that I just avoided subjects or topics that I found difficult. What helped me was telling myself this - it is so much easier to go through the topic and figure out how to do it now, with all these resources around you, than in the exam where you have nothing but yourself. And remember the amount of work/revision you do for that difficult subject and your confidence are proportional; the more revision you do, the more your confidence will increase. And remember you can always ask for help while you’re revising. Just don’t put it off, because you can’t ask for help in the exam.
