Just wondering if the questions in this exam are realistic? They seem a bit harder than usual...

They're nothing like what you'd expect on the actual exam.  Some of the questions technically aren't even in the course.

CSE exams are really hard. I had a quick look but couldn't be bothered doing it because I didn't have solutions.
