can someone  please define the following please?

Operational:

Economical:

Social:

im not too bad on last two, i just not to clear on first two, all opinion appreciated :) thankyou

Social factors relate to people and relationships. Technical factors are affected by technology and equipment. Economic factors relate to money. Operational factors relate to procedures

Economic factors also include non-monetary factors; for example, whether implementing a new system will add sufficient value (note, value can take many forms - have a look at Porter's value chain if you're interested) for the cost invested.

Operational factors also include influences of the customer-business interaction, staffing levels / skill sets and stuff like that.
