Title: Volumetric analysis of acids and bases

What volume of 0.100 M sulfuric acid would be required to neutralise a solution containing 0.500g of sodium hydroxide and 0.800g of potassium hydroxide?

1) find the n(OH-)
0.5/m(NaOH) + 0.8/m(KOH) = n(OH-)
neutralisation is where n(H+) = (OH-) therefore it is the same. n(H2SO4) = 2 x n(H+)

2) n(H2SO4) = 2xn(OH-)
3) volume required is 10 x n(H2SO4) because it is a 0.1 molar solution.
