Can all the gas relations be derived from this?
That is, you can see that pressure varies inversely with volume, P varies as n, P varies as T and so forth.

At VCE level, yes. As you study different parts of thermodynamics, you'll note that there are processes where this doesn't hold. This law makes the assumption that intermolecular forces are negligible, so it does hold for a certain range.
