Title: Further Question - Stem and Box plots

whats a better comparison to compare 3 results?
box plots or stem/leaf plots?

I would say boxplots as you can see the median, range, Q1 and Q4 at a glance, meaning it'll be easier to interpret if the need arises :P

^yeah, i would agree. :)

back to back stem and leaf plots are used to show numerical data within one of two categories.
i.e. -test results (boy or girl)
     -printer prices (black or colour) etc.
