Can someone tell me some treatments for hypersomnia?
- nasal mask to regulate breathing
- healthy diet/weight loss to reduce fatty tissue around airways

Thats sleep apnea.

I google treatments for hypersomnia OP. Theres nothing to treat the actual cause but stimulants can be prescribed to help a person cope.

yeah medication could work for the short term

I think anything that sounds reasonable will be accepted if it were a question

It depends on the cause of the hypersomnia, treat the cause to treat the disorder.
