Okay you have 20% of 200 mL is detergeant. (ie. 40mL detergeant)
If you want to make it 8%
%
Know that 8% is 0.08


As you initially have 200 mL, you hence have to add 300 mL

sorry that is chemistry, i was just joking around
and to those who didn't get my method above
40/200 = 20%
therefore 40/x = 8%, where x is the total volume of water (0% conc) required
