Title: neap 2007 question 13 electric power. error?

Hey if anyone could provide some clarification to this question.

shouldnt the answer be 0 Wb?

Yes, it should be 0 Wb.

i thought so, just in their solution they wrote since the coil is parallel to the field, there is 0.1 Wb. which makes no sense.
