I've personally done Toyota's move towards becoming more sustainable in their operations due to GFC and increased competition.

Just think about it, really.

Privatisation:
Telstra
QANTAS

Organisations to do with Mergers/acquisitions (which generally result in a change in Corporate Culture, management styles, policies):
Exxon and Mobil
Daimler-Benz and Chrysler

Organisations whom downsize/outsource (resulting in change in Corporate culture, potential profits, management styles, etc):
Coca-Cola outsourcing transport to Linfox

Technology:
QANTAS
Carlton United Brewery

Globalisation aspects have nearly every multi-national organisation. E.g.:
Cafe2U

Heck, a whole bunch of them can be relied upon. Don't just research one, take in one from each category.

I'm going to do the privatisation of Telstra, but how would you relate that to a change issue the manger has?

Something like managing a change in organisational structure due to privatisation?

Privatisation affects corporate culture in that Telstra had to undergo rigorous change in their policies and it is no longer run by the government. Policies would change because the Board of Directors, shareholders and Senior Management would want to increase the profit margin taken by the business to be competitive with the private telecommunications sector. That would count, would it not?
