Mine Include:
Ethics:
- Body Shop not testing products on Animals
Social Responsibility
- NAB giving staff days off work to complete charity work
- Telstra giving staff Blood Donor Leave & Emergency Response Leave (for those who are involved in CFA / SES)

-HP (hewlett-packard) enforces a non-discrimination policy (in all HR relations)
Social responsibility:
-PWC gives 30% of all sales revenue from their fair trade coffee to charity

Mcdonalds procuring its raw materials from Australia farmers (rather than outsourcing)
SR-
Mcdonalds implementing a charity house and the adoption of biodegradable burger packaging to address ecological sustainability concerns.

The Body Shop also get managers to sit on the boards of not-for-profit organisations as well as allow employees 2 days of paid leave per year to work on community projects, if you want to expand on that a bit.

They also support indigenous Australians by purchasing products from them rather than making themselves.

Hmmm McDonalds would've been a good one for the ESM Q last year, where you had to adress a company that had both ethics and socially responsbile management
