Title: question about the Unit1/2 Nelson Psychology textbook

to get onto this interactive study site, it requires u to name the first word from chapter 2 [not sure if it means the title of chapter 2 or literally the first word IN the chapter, so, both'd be good, thanks XD]. i have the Grivas-Carter book and it's different.

my school is also using that book, but i didnt buy it, it was too expensive
