Question 4 ('<' means angle)
Part a)
Triangle ABC is equilateral --> therefore <DAX = 30 (= <CBX)
Therefore triangle ADX = triangle BXC and both are isosceles
Hence, <ADX = 75
<CDX = 90 - 75 = 15
<DXC = 180 - (15 + 15) = 150
Part b)
From above, <CDX = <XDC = 15
Is that right?
-
Yes, those answers are right.
Im uploading the worked soloutions now for you.
-
Correct
Hence, <ADX = 75 <-----
How did you find that? >.<

OMG, thankyou so so so so so so so so much!
-
Correct
Hence, <ADX = 75 <-----
How did you find that? >.<
triangle ADX = triangle BXC and both are isosceles, that's the key
Let <ADX = x
30 + 2x = 180
x = 75

There you go, those questions were pretty hard for me aswell, but i managed to get up to 1H (or whatever one the ellipses, circles and hyperbolas were).
1d is probably the hardest exercise in chapter 1, the rest are fairly easy :)
-
FKN DU MA >.< Just got it then read what you wrote.
How could I be sooooo stupid >.<
what about 6 8,9,10?

ABSOLUTE LEGEND. How do I actually download it though >.< I want to have a copy that will work offline etc, not just online? Clicking Download just opens the file.
-
Once you've opened it click the floppy disc icon on the top left
-
You just click download now, and save it to where you want to? That's what i do at least :S
Or if you clicked open, go to your temp folder where the folders go to (E.g. for me its C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Temp)
-
Nae see a floppy disk icon anywhere?
What browser you guys using?
I'm using chrome!
-
Im using mozilla firefox :D
Doesnt chrome just save stuff to your downloads folder?
-

The diagram in the worked answers sucks, they should say in which steps they got each angle...
Proper link for solutions is here: <removed>
