Title: Error in enrolling ( SOLVED)

When i go to confirm my enrolement i  am confronted with an unexpected error  :(

Anyone else experienced this?

I have sent an email to 13Melb and also the IT help email.

Any advice?

Go to the student centre and ask them to enrol you.

yup only way to get things done, go see them in person and get it sorted

I was getting the same error enrolling when I tried to enrol in multiple subjects at once, but when I tried them each individually it worked.

Edit: I did it manually through the portal as well, rather than in the enrolment checklist with the "GO" buttons and ticks (which wasn't letting me proceed).  Now that I enrolled via the portal, the checklist is letting me through to next steps.

I was enrolling through the portal, and got the error regardless of whether i used the enrollment checklist or the study planer.
But similar to what you just said, when i signed up for just one semesters worth of subjects it worked (previously i was trying to enroll in a whole years worth).

You may have been trying to enrol in a semester 2 subject that requires a pass from a semester 1 subject. I had to get rid of calc 2 in semester 2 for mine to work.
