So, I just had a Matrices Sac last week, and it turns out I got 60%. The main reason for that is because my Teacher didn't like the way I wrote down Calculator steps (where applicable)(My previous Maths teacher in Yr11 General Maths never marked me down for essentially writing down the Calc steps precisely the same way as in Yr12; apparently my lack of explanation, and some very stupid mistakes (forgetting to write down a raise to a power, even though I wrote down the right answer in the end) resulted in my Mark.
Got 12 out of 20 Marks in the End.
Question is: Can I now say goodbye to my beloved 40+ in Further, or is there a still a chance of getting my desired SS if I score 95%-100% in all the other Sacs + Exams?

Of course, lol. You could get a SS between 45-50 if that was the case.
-
you can't say goodbye to a 40+ in March; chillax.
-
The reality is if you keep making silly mistakes in further it is very easy to get below 40, as long as you improve you should be fine.

Selim, In my first sac, i was ranked 27th. Unfortunately i scored something like 28 out of 42 or something as i remember.
However, I started to improve and in the end, last sac, I was ranked 2nd. End of the year I was ranked 15th, and scored a 43. (Mind you, i was ranked 8th by SS)
I agree to Taiga, its march, you can still fix up things.
Just study harder, and try to concentrate on those small details.
And don't forget, your exam will have a much greater affect on your SS than your sacs, so don't stress brother

They say "Live and Learn" so that is what you should be doing.
If you make a silly mistake in Further write it down in a little notepad and keep it somewhere easy to find.
Every month or so make sure you read over it and make sure you know where you went wrong.
It is still March as others have said so you could still easily get a 45+.

Only if you got that in a further exam you can say goodbye, but you didn't, and I think it is too early to predict your score from now anyway.
