given all the revision lecture hype we see before midyear, I was thinking maybe after midyears if people who attended them could PM me some positive and negative points (and an overall rating out of 10), I can set up a thread with all the various companies. Then I'll just make a thread with all the average ratings, positive points, negative points, etc.
That way people come end of year, or in future years can also see what they want to choose based on comments, and obviously everyone knows there are quite a few lecture people that lurk these forums, so they could also do with the feedback.
What do you guys think of this idea?

Great idea!
I thought of doing this a while ago, but completely forgot...

Cool idea, who gave you it?

Awesome idea.

How about you both get back to work.

Great idea taiga! P.S., you should run a revision lecture for Chem, you know you want to and they want you to :)

Don't want to start another lecture thread, so (if you guys don't mind) i'll post here:
Just a reminder that the Victoria University FREE Mid-YEAR LECTURE registration is now up.
I personally have not been to one before, but hey, it's freeeee~

P.S I am a regular student and not from the university/company. Just being a good Samaritan and letting people (esp. those who can't afford it) know about what's out there.

Well the price is definitely a plus for the Vic Uni lectures :P
-
how good is the quality of those lectures (e.g are the notes good?)
are they worth going to (in terms of time, not money of course :P ) or would I just be better off paying to go to one....

This is the stuff we hope to have a definitive answer for in the future!
