Hi,

On many forums I frequent, I notice that when you enter a Youtube link into your post, it automatically shows up embedded in a player, allowing for convenience. Many a times, people add Youtube links and I don't pay attention to them because I don't have an accompanying visual or heading to tell me what it's about, not very helpful in convincing me to watch it. This goes both ways, if I post a video, many people may not click a random Youtube link unless they see a heading and picture

Was wondering if this could be implemented

Did you miss a youtube video about AoS 2 in VCE Physics?

(I don't think people use youtube for academic purposes. For the bulk of this site, youtube embed wouldn't really have any significant benefits. The only place I think it'll be useful would be in Other Discussions.)

But it wouldn't hurt in any way, would it? Just another added functionality to the amazing forums for the occasional video.

I like this idea. And I encourage all mods/administrators to reconsider their stance before deciding on a conclusion!

Awesome.  Then you'll have to spread the profit evenly across to all mods.  :)
