I haven't done any for chemistry yet, I'm just working through completing the chemistry questions in the heinemann book. (I'll hopefully have it finished by tomorrow, ;D).
I just finished printing out 30ish chemistry exams though? lol

i've done about 8 averaging mid 80s to high 90s, got friends who have doen like 15 or so. Quick hint, leave MC to last, they are way too hard for single marks, get you bulk marks early in the other section.

yeah i agree, read the SA first then MC. answer the theory MC first then skip the rest and get onto the SA questions.

I've done one and got 17% T^T

Chem isn't my strongest subject, I have to work really hard in it to get decent marks. I've done heaps of work so far, 14 practise exams, and I'm averaging 60-70%s across them all with no signs of showing improvement which is a huge worry....
-
I've done around 17... but got owned doing the VCAA '09 one :(

I'm getting the same scores as you, albeit with 7 exams done so far. Are you noting your mistakes/gaps in your theory?
-
Have you guys done all the heinamen questions?

I've done all the key questions, and only the 'key questions' in the chapter review selected by our teachers. In addition, I just finished the area of study review. To be honest, I don't feel the questions help THAT MUCH. I reckon doing exams would be better, unless you are having trouble with theory questions.

Not as much as I should have been, but I'm getting completely organised now. Made a spreadsheet of all exams I've done and I have bought a booklet which I'm writing down every mistake in now.
Where are you losing your marks? I always lose at least 5 marks on multi choice, the questions that get me most are ones that say "You have 1 mol of X and 1 mol of Y, how much XY do you get/which one is in excess/how much XY will be produced"

done about 17 and my mark just keeps dropping...sigh...
