Should i do units 3-4?
How can I improve??
-
How hard are you trying? I was originally averaging in the 50%'s in unit 1, but ended up getting in the range of 90-100% in unit 2, and im averaging the same in unit 3 aswell.
If you're trying, are you understanding the concepts properly? Try looking up the concepts on youtube, i suggest looking up patrickjmt, he helped me a lot when it came to long division of polynomials.

unit 3/4 is basically just an extension of what you've already done. since your getting that sort of percent, you obviously have room for improvement, so just go over them with your teacher or get a tutor or ask us here for help, and once you know you can do all your gaps in knowledge over this year- you will be well prepared for unit 3/4. besides, you can always learn ahead with some of the tutors here if you want to get that extra edge.
also, check what sort of grades your classmates are doing, because if everyones is so low, then you aren't doing too bad ;)
