Title: Dentistry at Uni Melb
Post by: Rawza on September 21, 2008, 05:28:05 pm
Hey guys,

When I finish school, one option which I am considering is doing dentistry at Melbourne (That is, if I get the right enter :) ) I was wondering:

1. Do I need the UMAT?
2. What enter score do I need?

I went on the Melbourne Uni site, but it only talked about postgrad dentistry ???

Thanx  :)

I think this year is the last year for Melbourne under-grad dent, but I can't be too sure since I'm not interested in the course at all; it's just stuff I've heard from others. So for 1: Yes, you would HAVE needed to, but from what I know, its post-grad now, so that means you'll need GAMSAT instead when the time comes. 2: uhhhh....well if its post-grad, then you'll need a 95 or so for bio-med?

Yep, this is the least year for Melbourne under grad dentistry. Latrobe Uni has undergrad dentistry which requires no UMAT.
