One of my subjects has a minimum attendance of 80%, and I think I missed one class more than that allows. My grades are all decent, what's going to happen though? Anybody familiar with Melb Uni policy? (Arts faculty specifically...its my breadth subject. Go figure)

la police française will get you
-
next time make the effort and write the whole sentence in french.
DISAPPOINTING.

Maybe ask your tutor/whoever about it. If it turns out you don't meet the hurdle requirement, usually you can make up for it by writing a little summary of what you missed out on, or something.

Nothing will happen, even if they say OH YOU GOTTA BE HERE 90 PERCENT OF THE TIME, full of shit man. If you got good grades and they are gonna fail you based on attendence is rubbish. Unless ur a major slacker and fail everything, and dont come to class. Thats when it kicks. Despite it stating otherwise.
But obviously your not that sorta person.
I know this guy he got so pissed off at how crap the school was he didnt even attend class. He didnt fail, instead he got 99.95.

hurdles are quite important. cos i do physics and they actually take attendance seriously (for labs). but is this 80% of tutes? cos if you go to some tutes and participates, your tutor might put in a good word.

You might need to do an interpretative dance.

Talk to your tutor/lecturer.
It only depends if they keep a roll..
