Can anyone help me i just need some good points about the first topic. I need it really fast.
1.   The novel is presented in the form of one man’s monologue. Discuss the effects of this narrative structure.
OR
2.   “Time only moves in one direction. Remember that. Things always change”. How do characters respond to change in the novel?

Perhaps suggest some of your own ideas, and then other people can help you on the right track :)
There are plenty of 'points' in an essay topic, and listing random ones won't be beneficial in the long run.

What do you think the effects of the narrative structure are? What is the narrative structure? Who are these effects affecting? Why does Changez, as a character, make certain decisions? And why does Hamid as an author make certain decisions?
