Hey just wondering what is the difference between economics and commerce in uni? I want to do something related to accounting,business etc. Help plzz

Might wanna note that you can choose a major in economics as well. Three important ones are economics (broadly), econometrics and financial economics.

Back to the point
Now, economics is much more specialised. In general if you plan to graduate doing economics it is because you've set your mind to it. Economics is much more interested in the nature of the market and its interactions, hence the focus on the two forces of supply and demand.

Commerce is thoroughly diverse. There are about twenty different majors that you can get out of commerce, and as mentioned one of which is accounting. You can easily search up a whole list of majors that you can do under a commerce degree.

Of course, that being said whilst you don't have to decide on a major by first year, you will need to figure it out pretty soon.

Also note that business is (as alluded to above) a whole field. Every university usually has a faculty of business. As opposed to accounting which is indeed, just a major in commerce.
