hey I wanted to transfer from La Trobe ' bachelor of biomedicine ' to Melbourne uni for my 2nd year, what do I need to achieve and do to transfer? how do I transfer?

Usually it’s a 70+ WAM and you’ll need to either apply to VTAC or UoM themselves for the transfer. I’d recommend contacting Stop 1, UoM’s student services for additional information and advice on how to apply for a transfer. Just note that not all of your credit may transfer across when transferring unis.
