Maybe there'll be a group for "Losers that cant hold a conversation in real life" for someone like me.

username: Try SSS if you're at Melbourne or MSS if you're at Monash for that. :P

As for gregi, it'd help to know which uni you were at in order to be able to recommend clubs?

... Well I'm an idiot :P

Gregi: Arts society has LOTS of people no matter which uni you go to. Arts students' reputation paints them as one of the more sociable groups, thus that's where I'd start if I really wanted to meet people.

If you want to meet like-minded people join the society of your faculty, you're bound to find people you get along with. :)

During O-Week. I would also recommend the Engineering Students Society, they have lots of BBQs and beer. Avoid the PIRATES and the Chocolate Lover's Society, they aren't worth it.

So.. stupid question but can you sign up for that society even if you're not doing engineering?

i don't think the societies care all that much.
