because i have a feeling the cutoff will increase since melbourne uni doesn't offer undergrad medicine anymore.

UoM only began not offering undergrad med last year, which caused the cut off to be at 61 overall score, or 93 percentile roughly.

I am actually one overall score off. Death. Now.

It's not going to move much as far as I can tell, but 1 overall score point is definitely possible.

section scores are out of?
overall score?
then this other number underneath that?

Your percentile, which is in the lower right hand corner, tells you the percentage of students you performed better than.
The score next to S1, S2 and S3 is a scaled score for each section. When you add these scores, it's your raw score.
And your overall score is the avg score you got for S1, S2 and S3.

S2 brought me down SO much! I wish it was never born. :(

Keep in mind that the section score is not out of anything in particular (or not any figure that is known at least). You can get over 100 for them.

Congrats everyone!:) Even though it sounds like some of you are a bit unhappy, just remember that it's actually an achievement to even COMPLETE the UMAT - a lot of my friends are really intimidated by it :P

Also, to find out your percentile for each section, use the graphs on the online results page (for some reason, this year, acer were too lazy 2 put the percentiles for each section next to the scaled scores  :P )
