Have you tried clicking on (more)? Maybe your guy/girl made a mistake? My host sent the same email twice cos he fused two of the addresses together. Maybe your one forgot to add you two, but had already sent that email to the rest of your group.

I clicked on it straight away cos the first address in that section was a.somethingsomething (my one starts with an 'r'). Are there 7 in your group, or 7 others?

I guess it varies from group to group, depending on your host. "Your Host may try and contact you prior to Orientation but if not, just meet up with them on the day." Mine was nice enough to give me a call to check if I knew what was happening. I wouldn't worry about it, though. All I got in the email was a copypasta of the details already on the host program site. Like AppleThief said, I think they just want to make sure you get the info.

Well it was still doing that 'username/password invalid' thing so I called them up and it turns out that they didn't even allocate me into a group so if I go I'll have to ask to join one.

I had the same problem- apparently my name wasn't on the list of new students given to the orientation people. The guy in charge apologised though and allocated me to a group. I wonder why they didn't do the same for you?
