So not fair, lol. Didnt know you were going to compare it to monash... Nah, was just pointing out that it's quite established now. Just making sure that any future suiters aren't detered by it's "relative new (ness:P)".
Forgive me O tooth.

My sister's dream (since she has no hope of getting into undergrad med) is pharmacy. I've suggested to my sis that she put down LaTrobe Pharmacy as a preference just in case she did not into the Monash one.
She refused because she said that LaTrobe was a crap university and with crap facilities - She said she would only go Monash or Unimelb. :( :( :( :(

That's a shame. Her loss to be honest. Also, there is an interview for LaTrobe Pharmacy, which are going to be conducted really soon- so yeh, she would miss out anyway if she "just put it as a preference".

If we can't get in with ENTER and UMAT then do a science course and score well in 1st semester with acceptable UMAT, does it mean we have a chance to transfer pharmacy? i.e. after doing 1 semester of another course are you still qualified to sit UMAT (undergrad)

Yes because you haven't completed an undergraduate degree yet.
