Transformations help please.

Can I please get help with part b of this question. I keep doing something wrong but I have no idea what.

b)
order of transformations:
1 - dilation by a factor of from the x axis (vertical).
2 - translation one unit in the positive y direction (vertical).
3 - translation two units in the negative x direction (horizontal).
4 - reflection in the y axis (horizontal).
5 - dilation by a factor of from the y axis (horizontal).
