AppleThief I will positive karma you for the rest of my life if you uploaded it. I can understand if you only want to give it to a few people, counting me out. But I would really appreciate it if you could :)

Living Lingo came out first week of term, so it's brand new and not many libraries would have it yet. It's actually not that expensive, and it's far superior to the older texts. VATE sells it for about $35 I think. http://www.vate.org.au - you can call them and order it over the phone with a credit card. Worth the cost!

At school, I use three different books:
1. Heinemann English Language Units 3+4 - Taunt
2. Mastering Advanced English Language - Thorne
3. Living Lingo
Although my teacher ordered a class set of Living Lingo and we've only used it once so far. I predominantly use Heinemann but yes, at times it does lack the depth.
