I haven't flicked over yet but what's wrong with our attack? Not looking like they're going to penetrate? Is the ball moving?

I saw Hilfy make an appeal on a swinging one, one of the dodgy ones though. Ump gave it not-out and the third umpire said not-out too as ball would have hit the stumps but pitched just outside line. Had the ump had given it out and Sth Africa appealed, the decision would have stayed out.

You win some, you lose some *shrugs*

Yeah the DRS rules have changed, its harder to reverse a decision now. It acts as a bit of a safety net for umpires. 1/110.. I can see us losing 3-0 already :(

I will be completely unsurprised by 3-0, but if I was betting I'd probably hedge at 2-0

I just can't see Australia taking 20 wickets (or, tbh, making a big total)

GG.

I kept feeling like we needed Watson. He's the man with the golden arm - Clarke always relies on him when we get stuck.

No Watto = no wicket :(

Amla and Kallis averaging over 75 this year :(

(Though Amla is my favourite non-Australian player).

Thought Hussey was the golden arm :P I reckon Clarke should bowl a few of his own offspinners. Looking in trouble for the first test already.. I'd be happy with a draw :)

Bit of rain :/

Happy that Kallis 100'd up. He's the most under-rated player out there imo.
