SAC help please!

I had a chemistry SAC today (which has to be finished tomorrow) on spectroscopy using AAS, UV-Vis and IR spectroscopy on milk samples.

What are the major risks associated with the use of each of these analytical techniques?
I can't think of anything except the use of chemicals, but only one was considered harmful.

Any ideas?

Thanks :)

By risks do you mean risks that could be damaging to the people doing them prac, like safety issues

or risks that could jeopardize the results of the prac?

It doesn't say :S but we had to do a risk assessment on IR already so I'm not sure.
The question says:
"What are the major risks associated with the use of each analytical instrument in this extended investigation?"

hmmm... Well I don't see any possible risks to safety with doing IR, unless you do something stupid lols

but for the risks that could screw up the results let me think...
