     Interesting argument. Yesterday, I was considering doing something which would have contravened the rule in the video, but watching it made me think.

eh its legal to do that

but it is annoying when you get customers who just try on this and that and then after 30 minutes its like nope not getting it lol

I've sort of done that... I knew what camera I wanted to buy, but because it was expensive (a DSLR) I wanted to be sure that it felt right and I liked the interface and such, so I went into the store to try it out. It took about 5 minutes though, so I guess I'm only somewhat a thief?

I don't think we have moral obligations towards stores as such. I do think it's different if a salesperson is being paid on commission and you take up a lot of their time only to buy it online later because it's as though the online shop gets the sale on another person's work. That is to say, I don't like the idea that consumers have moral obligations when dealing with certain companies, but they do when dealing with other individual people.
