Hey guys,
Just a quick question,

Can someone please explain to me what Active Transportation is, and whats an example of it, according to the NPAG's.

Active transportation is the physical activity you accumulate as you go from one place to another (school, work, wherever).

Examples of active transport include riding your bike or walking to get to your destination.

Pretty simple, that's all I can really say about it lol.

yeah i assumed it was that but there was no definition in the text book...had to double check...thanks man :)
