nah it aint possible. even if you were the top scorer in the state, you'd never be 100, you'd be 99.9999999999something. otherwise, it'd be like saying you were in the top 0% of the state, which doesn't make sense.

To get 100 means to beat 100% of the state (including yourself).  :)

UAI, is an index (Universities Admissions Index) which has a base of 100, hence 99.95 = 100 UAI.

But, generally UAI > ENTER due to difficulty of various studies.
