I cant do linear algebra in sem 1, as spesh is requirement for that too, so sem 2 it will be.
I still have extra points left... do i need to use them all?

No, the remaining points will be used by science subjects in the future years.

Calculus 2: Advanced is a new subject and has Calc 1 grade based requirements so be wary of that, the other option is to do Calculus 2.
