I'm too afraid to go on AN during lectures precisely because of this stalking potential.

Tsk tsk, who reddits during a lecture? Disrespect. ಠ_ಠ
i only went on reddit after i did the weekly OLT that was in relation to the lecture i was in haha accounting really is as boring as they say

its wierd when you think about it, we have probably walked right past, or even sat next to, so many ANers at uni, and never know about it.

it would be so convenient if we had a secret sign or symbol that would show we were from AN but to the outsider it would just mean nothing. We could be like a secret club at UoM or something  8)

haha I've accidentally ~found out the identity~ of one AN user this year by also sitting behind them at a lecture while they were typing away on AN. And another two I've guessed, and I'm 99.9% sure I'm correct

...I should ditch biomed and start working for the witness protection program or the kgb tbh

Personally I thought Physics for Biomedicine was taught better than Chemistry for Biomedicine. The first six weeks in particular should not be a problem. I've gone into this in my subject review, so check it out if you're curious. :)

Three lectures in and it's still looking good. ;)

Man, I learnt a very important lesson today about sleep. I used to be very disciplined about it, making sure I got 8-9 hours every night. This year I've been a bit more lenient, hovering around 6-7. For some reason, I got in one of my stubborn moods last night and decided I wouldn't go to bed until I got all my work done, so I only got 5 hours of sleep. I felt so unwell today though - nausea, dizziness and this super heavy head that made me feel like I was going to fall down and pass out at any minute. I generally don't drink coffee but had one today given the circumstances, and in the end it's only made me worse because coffee gives me stomach pain and I crash harder once the caffeine has worn off. Seriously, at one point during one of my lectures today I felt that sick I was close to walking out and attempting to go home. Just had a 2 1/2 hour nap and only now am I feeling better.

Moral of the story: Get your 8 hours sleep, even if you think it means you're putting yourself behind. I'm more behind now than I would've been if I had just gone to sleep when I should have last night!

Same goes for food haha

I just had her for a series of lecture in my major and she is absolutely one of MY FAVOURITE LECTURERS! I thought nobody could be as good as Dawn but she is definitely on par with her. My 2 most favourite lecturers EVER!

Concepts in Cell/Dev Bio? She made the genetic modification series super-great (that said I still have three of those to watch :x). And yeah, she's right up the very top of my list.
