does anyone know which tram goes to the other side (opposite lincoln and sydney myer) to catch from flinders?

19/59 on Elizabeth street, but 59 gets you only to the Spot then turns, so 19 is better if you want to get near Grattan St/Arts West/Tin Alley

yep it is Students who complete an undergraduate degree at the University of Melbourne and achieve a weighted average mark of 65% in the final two years (by 2019). Commonwealth Supported Place (for domestic students) or international fee place.

Well 65+% is guarantee CSP so maybe he might have to be "considered" whether he should get CSP or not.

Fair enough man! I guess 65 is quite attainable so yeah!!!

But surely the course has a limit to the number of people who can study it in any given year.
In which case <65 might mean basically no place at all? If all places were filled by the guarantee.

when it comes to course guarantees universities generally err on the side of making the guarantee cut off higher than what a demand driven cut off would be, because if the number of people in the guaranteed spots dont meet the course quota, then they can just let in a few extra people who didnt meet the guarantee cut off.
But if they go over their quota with the guarantee then thats worse news for the faculty because theyll end up either oversubscribed or will have to not accept people effectively removing their guarantee (both of which are things unis would rather not do)
so im pretty sure if you just miss out on the guarantee by 1% you would probably still slither into a csp place. but its best for the people who are curious to just ask the faculty directly just in case

Are there attendance marks for Accelerated Maths 1? Tutor never mentioned it, handbook doesn't mention it, subject workbook doesn't mention it, but on the grades thing on LMS it was just updated with a new entry that says Attendance -/11 upcoming ?

BIOM20001 MST 2 results now available. The general consensus amongst my friends was generally a lower result compared to MST 1, although a few actually did better. I actually got the exact same result despite sitting the test feeling sick so I'm very pleased and relieved. ^_^ It will be interesting to see tomorrow how the rest of the cohort has fared and if we're still on track to becoming the worst BIOM20001 cohort in history. XD

I got the exact same result as well, despite thinking I'd do considerably worse. Mind you, it isn't a particularly amazing result. I had to rush through the immunology lectures because I think I've been over-conscientious (if that's a thing) with this subject...taking hours to revise a single lecture meaning that I don't get through all the content.  :-\

I'm also really interested in how the cohort went.

Whoo! Bacteriology and Immunology lectures are pretty much finished. Now time to try claw back some marks on short answer hopefully...

Did you reckon the test was harder than MST1?

Congrats on sitting through (almost) all the MCB lectures though...have fun when it comes to Exam B haha

I thought it was of similar difficulty - I think the reason why it was generally perceived to be more difficult was due to the fact that we didn't get a week off for study like we did for the first mid-semester test.

Technically, we had our last examinable lecture today! The revision stuff has made me realise just how much work I need to do though. :/ And please don't even talk about exam 2. :(
