Well it depends. Lecture notes are normally posted before hand so that you can get a chance to review them and then bring them in with you to the lecture. It's happened before that they might be late to do so or plan instead to post them at the end of the week (rarely if ever). Now what you bring to the lecture after that is pretty much up to you. Some people print notes out and bring them to write on them, some use laptops or whatever and some just come empty handed and prefer to just listen. It's all up to you.
Yeh I found the lecture notes on the LMS website. Thank you for that. Also, is it necessary to have a textbook present at lectures? Lets say for example, biology?
This Friday I'm giving a lecture on last minute tips for the GAMSAT. Just wondering if anybody has some ideas of things they'd have liked to know before they had a go at the GAMSAT the first time?
I don't think it'd be a very good lecture if it just consisted on my narrow views on GAMSAT, so figured I'd pick your brains
I will sit it next year, but if i was coming to the lecture next year I would want to know about:
- How can you study for the GAMSAT? Can you even study for it?
- If you study hard and the required stuff, are you guaranteed to do well?
- What happens if you do not make the GAMSAT cut off?
- Do you need to buy thousands of dollars worth of books to pass it?
- When did you start studying for it?
Will there be any cafes open tomorrow morning on campus between 7-8am before my first lecture? xD Cheers
8am lecture tomorrow ay, feel the pain too..
Do you know what room it is at? Haha
